Parcourant le pays il d\u00e9veloppe une connaissance approfondie du milieu agricole.<\/p><p>En Octobre 1938 il fonde Charles Fequiere et Cie\u00a0\u00a0 et se lance dans l&#8217;importation d&#8217;\u00e9quipements agricoles et industriels.<\/p><p>Queslques temps apr\u00e8s, on assitait \u00e0 l&#8217;arrivage des premi\u00e8res pompes et g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices sur le march\u00e9
